Geneve in a Day

November 4, 2011

September in Geneva is just as gorgeous as mid-summer, and I was excited to visit some of my old haunts. The bus pulled into Paquis at 1pm and I had exactly seven hours to visit the city that I love.

So what’s the best way around town? By bike of course. Take a stroll down to the lake and find the Geneve Roule. You give them 20 Swiss Francs, they copy down your passport information, demonstrate the bike lock, and then you’re on your way. If you return the bike before 6pm then you get all of your money back. Hey, free bikes!

Photos after the jump.
